We provide 24 hour support to ensure that service users’ needs are met by skilled and experienced personnel. Hours worked are therefore varied day or night shifts, full or part-time working are all possible within our rota patterns. We currently employ a Domiciliary Care Manager and Support Workers to meet the needs of our service users.
It is our policy that our workforce is equipped with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to provide a high quality service to meet the changing needs of the service user. This is done through continuous assessment of staff training needs in line with CQC recommendations and other identified training. All staff must achieve the Common Inductions Standards within the 12 weeks of employment. They will then be expected to gain an LDQ/NVQ 2 in Care within the first year of employment, which carries a pay enhancement.
